Looking for a super simple comfort meal that will feed the whole family and leave plenty for leftovers?! Try this amazing slow cooker recipe that is in your crock pot in 5 minutes or less..

What do you need:

Still cheeper than lumber
*
3 lb. Chuck Roast
One yellow onion cut in to rings
One can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
One packet of Beefy Onion soup/dip mix
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestshire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
3 lb. Chuck Roast
One yellow onion cut in to rings
One can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
One packet of Beefy Onion soup/dip mix
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestshire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano

To start..
-empty your can of Cream of Mushroom Soup in to your crock pot

I also use this fo everything

-top with Beefy Onion Soup Mix, Soy Sauce, and Worcestshire Sauce.. stir to combine

Now Mix like you are told
*
-add a layer of your onion rings... mmmm looks good already!
-place chuck roast over onions
-sprinkle with oregano and put any remaining onions on top.. isn’t she pretty?!

-cook on low heat for 8 hours!

So Close

-pour some gravy over top and set to keep warm until you’re ready to serve!

Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles and your choice of veggies! This dish makes its own delicious gravy!

If you have leftovers.. try making an open chuck roast sandwich with gravy the next day!! It will not disappoint!
